Emergency off button integrated to external system
How does one integrate the emergency off button (EPO/EMO) circuit of an Smart-UPS SRT 5000 (SRT5KXLI) to an external system with its own 24V emergency off circuit?
There is some information in the manual about EPO but not how/if possible to connect to an external system.
Basically I want to use the existing emergency off button on the external system to also shut down the UPS at the same time.

You'll want the external system to provide a dry contact output, either normally open or closed and wire it up the way it says on page 26 of the manual.
If the external system only provides some form of powered output, you'll want to put a relay between it and the UPS.
