I am gonna call technical tomorrow, but I wanna ask here..
While I just had a heavy thunderstorm from around 5pm too 7pm, the power flickered once, the powerchut program notified me that it's on backup power, so while I was about to exit world of warcraft.. The power from the batterer just shut off cause the main power shut off for a second then the pc didn't went to hibernation as it should be doing from the powerchut program.. So after the powerchut batterer shut down pc shut down, then batterer came back on while the pc boosts up so I shut the pc down so I force the pc to shut down..
After the storm was over I went back to see (overclocking) did default settings and saw "it wasn't properly shut down" so never went too hibernation so what I did was a test I unplug the plug from the outlit and saw the power was still was and the powerchut using the program to go too shut down... I had this problem since 2007.
It's updated and the firmware is updated also I had the batterer inside the powerchut since 2007 and never had to replace it.

Hi,
Is it possible for you to provide the exact model and serial number of your UPS? Also, what is the operating system where you are running PCPE and the version of your PCPE? From what I've understand, your problem is that the PC fails to enter/ proceed to hibernation. Is hibernate enable on your PC?

Jon BE ES series 360 are out of date, so there isn't a point giving the ups serial number.. I wouldn't know why the os would help the PCPE also the version too when I just mention I had this problem since 2007 but it's the updated version... As I did mention the hibernation didn't work while the power went out from the storm, when you just asked me a question about it..
Ok if it makes your help easy
OS: win7
Serial: 3B0732X17258
Hibernation: enable
As I did mention when the power came back up also the thunder storm indeed stopped, I unplug from the outlet while the PCPE was indeed working as intended, that went too hibernation..
Thank you for taking the time for reading replying.
