Dear Team.
I am using SURT10000XLI UPS. Problem is that when I check logs through NMC the statement "Detected an unauthorized user attempting to access the SNMP interface from 172.21.6.22." . Please tell me about this. And I just want to stop this messaging.

1) You can configure what email alerts you receive from the network card. Assuming you have a newer version of the firmware:
Administration > Notification > Event Actions, by event > System Events, Security > Warning Events
This section will contain a number of "System: Detected an unauthorized user attempting to access the xxx interface" messages, which you can click on individually and deselect the check box next to email addresses.
2) Whatever is located at the provided IP address in the email alert is the culprit trying to access the card.

you can change your SNMP settings in the management card - change your community names and NMS IP hostname addresses if they are 0.0.0.0 or 255.255.255.0. also, if you arent even using SNMP or an ISX Manager/Central, you can completely disable SNMP which will also stop these messages.
