We recently purchased this Gateway to integrate our Lieberts into Infrastructure Central. I ran a cat5 cable from this device into a laptop to configure an ip which i realized after wasnt the correct ip. Now I am unable to get back into the device. Does anyone know if there is an easy way to reset the ip back to default? I see there is an option for serial connection but no laptop i can find still has a db9 port on it.
Thanks
Sammy

I have a TSXETG100 and found it in DCE however I am not able to see the meters connected to it. I have two ION6200 meters and I have the DDF files as well. I tried both SNMP and Modbus TCP to discover the devices. How do I get each meter connected to the gateway to show up in DCE?
Regards,
J

i am not familiar with the product but did find these:
http://www.apcmedia.com/salestools/JRUK-82QMVT_R0_EN.pdf

not sure if they help but other than that, i am not sure if anyone else here is familiar with the device.

Yeah those manuals came with the device but werent much help. I set the ip up to be part of our private network in ISX. Ive done this numerous times with other devices, but with this device I cannot get it to show in ISX plus it will not let me back in to try changing the IP to something else. Dosent seem like there is any kind of reset button either which resets all the settings.

If you cannot serial into the Gateway you should try contacting Schneider Electric support. They should be able to help you.
