Compare two APC UPS

I want to understand the difference between below two models 

APC Back-UPS Pro BR1000G-IN

APC Back-UPS BX1100C-IN 1100VA

with first model a tv which requires 265 watts input is supported. With second one tv which requires 300 watts is not supported. When there is power cut, the tv which is connected to 1100C is getting shutdown. We checked with technician and the batteries do not have any issue.

Can someone help with the difference.

How did you validate it’s not the battery?!? Is this the same battery that came with the unit and if so how old is it?

What does the system indicate is the operational runtime displayed when you remove AC Mains from the wall for the problem UPS?!?

What happens when you swap the other TV to this problem UPS?!? Does it continue to run or does it shut off as before?
