Clicking only in sleep mode

I have a RS 1500 UPS. I am running Vista 64 bit. Lately when I put the PC in sleep mode the battery will click every few minutes. This only happens in sleep mode. If I wake the computer the UPS works fine with no clicking. Any ideas?

What is the model number of the UPS that you are using? This can be found on the white barcode sticker found underneath the UPS. If you are using the latest BackUPS Pro LCD model, can you check if you have enabled the master control functionality of the UPS.
