Chat for Support Agent not working

Hi,

Can you please help me why Chat support is not working. My country is United States and said that Support is not available to your location.

Is there other way to Chat technical support agents directly to ask some questions about APC product lines.

I've just forwarded your concern to our Chat system specialist and he confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the application. What we do see here is a connection issue.

Also, I would suggest that you try to reach us thru phone or email if chat is not working. Our APC Technical Support Team can be reached at 1-800-800-4272. You can also post your problems or question in this forum.

Hi JohnPro,

Can i send the screenshot for that issue? i have been encountering it for 3 days. Can you confirm that the Chat support works in the country United States?

i have an account here in APC but when I logged in to the home page and choose Support, no option for Chat with Tech Support. But when you choose the APC homepage itself, it appears the Chat with Support Agent.

Please be advise and help.

We have not receive any report that our Chat was down. Feel free to send me the screenshot of the error that you are getting. Also make sure that you have the latest Java installed on your system as well as trying a different browser.

Hi John,

Thanks for the quick response. I have attach the screenshot of my concerns about the Chat to Support Agent. My Java is up to date and tried different browsers but errors are seem to be the same.

Do you have a direct email so we could have a communication as well regarding APC products particularly PDU's, Back-UPS, SMART-UPS and other good products of APC?

For your help and assistance.
