I have a tiny space I can put my backup. I have twice turned it off accidentally by putting my heel on the power off button. My cat has walked on it several times and shuts it off in the middle of something. WHAT can you do to keep it safe? Or...is there a battery backup that has the power button protected? This place is NOT functional. It is a UPS ES 650. Why would the power off button be right there where anything can touch it and so easily turn it off? This may end up killing my computer.
Please help this problem be fixed. Thanks in advance for any advice or other options.
Oh, getting rid of the cat is NOT an option, by the way, just in case anyone thought of that.
