Cannot uninstall PowerChute Personal from XP

I am not able to uninstall PowerChute Personal 2.0 on Windows XP. Add or Remove Program in the Control Panel does not work probably because some file is corrupt or registry problem.

Would appreciate if someone could provide me with Manual Uninstallation instructions. Thank you.

I am unable to remove Powerchute Personal Edition version 1.5 and
Powerchute Personal Edition version 3. I am running Window XP Service Pack 3.

When I try to uninstall Powerchute Version 1.5 using the Add or Remove program utility from the Control Panel, the program is not even listed.

When I try to uninstall Powerchute Version 3 using the Add or Remove program utility from the Control Panel,
I get the following error message:

Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\INSTAL~1\engine\6\INTEL3~1\Ctor.dll
The specified module could not be found.

Hi. I would like to uninstall my version 2.0 so that i can upgrade to Powerchute Personal Edition v3.02. But everytime i try to uninstall, an error (i.e. "Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\INSTAL~1\engine\6\INTEL3~1\Ctor.dll The specified module could not be found.") always pops up.

I'm using Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Version 2002, Service Pack 3.
