Hi,
I downloaded the PCPE 3.0 from APC website(datecode 10/18/10) and try to install it on my Windows 7 x64 Ultimate. When I follow the screen to select destination folder, I cannot press the "Next" button to continue. Anyone encounter the same thing?? Any solutions??
Thanks in advance.

No, it does not matter if I specify another directory, or if the directory exists or not. It makes no difference if I run as supervisor. No I never had a UPS on this PC before, so there are no previous versions.

can you send us a screenshot of that window? what type of UPS are you using? is the data cable for the UPS attached to the computer? i dont know if the installer lets you proceed without a UPS attached but we may be missing something else too that we can see from the screenshot.
thanks!

I have the same problem. Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate. Pressing on Next where the directory is asked for does nothing. I tried running in supervisor mode - no dice. Pretty annoying. There is no error or anything. Attached is a screenshot.
