just purchased a new BN650M1 backup and it is showing aCo2 Emission Rate of 2.41 lbs. per day. This seems QUITE HIGH, what is a safe rate of CO2 from this unit.
Thanks

Hi Gary,
Your question seems to be asking how much CO2 should your UPS produce?
The 2.41 pounds refers to how much CO2 is produced by the power plant to generate the electricity that your equipment consumes. This page suggests an average of 1.64 pounds CO2 per kWh. On the network management card (AP9631, AP9635) we estimate 1.21 pounds/kWh for US energy sources.
