CNB950 not charging

CNB950 CONEXT 950W UPS blinks fast the Green LED (wall 117Vac power) and keep Battery (orange) LED on all the time.

Then beeps four times, meaning loss of wall power. But there is wall power, some devices connected to the unit power outlets are running.

It keeps doing it forever, few seconds quiet, than a short blink on green led, and four beeps.

New batteries and fully charged.

This unit presents this problem since second year after purchase.

Unfortunately it is not manufactured and not still supported by APC.

That it is a nice and powerful unit, my loss.

Any idea who might fix it? APC may fix it?
