Bx1100C-IN Fan is Continuously On While on Mains and Power On Too

Hello

I Have Bx1100C-IN Purchased on May-18, Unit Is Replaced few days back Due to Fan is Continuously On While on Mains and outside Temperature is Cool, Unit is located where plenty of ventilation is there and Fan is Drooping out cold out outside still fan is Continuously on From last 10 Days please let me know where is the problem i cant diagnosed it

I don't have any load on it Out of 4 Plug i am using 3 and 1 Surge only I have used For wifi Router

Hi Amey

How much load have you got connected to the UPS?

The BX's fan will be in operation some percentage of the time if the UPS has to use AVR (automatic voltage regulation) to compensate for the utility power, the closer to 100% of the available load capacity the more the fan will be on.
