Brand new Back-UPS BX950mi doesn't turn on

Hi! I just bought a new Back-UPS BX950mi and followed the steps of the user manual, but after plugging everything I cannot get it to turn on by pressing the ON/OFF button. Any suggestions? Thanks!

PD: product didn't come with the usual quality check print attached, is this normal?

Hi,

1 - Have you checked the battery connections. If the battery is not connected the UPS will not power on.

2 - What is the serial number of the UPS? 

The serial number will be found on the bar code sticker on the back or bottom of the UPS.

Battery connection is fine, followed exactly the steps of the user manual, but the power on button doesnt power on anything... Going to send it back as it is brand new. Thanks for your reply though, Bill!
