Hello.

I just ordered and received the BR 1000 MS unit and realized that it goes to and stays on battery when plugged in to the wall outlet. The outlet is supplying sufficient power as that's what my pc is currently plugged in as I type this. I've also tried reducing the sensitivity of the unit as per the manual to no avail.

I am seeking assistance to resolve this problem.
