Could anyone guide me in getting my home ups model BR600ci-in fixed?

It's not charging nor giving any output.I tried to call cc but the number is inalid.

If its out of warranty better not call the customer care as they will charge heavy amount for repairing and the cost almost equal the price of new unit. Also no guarantee if repaired unit work without flaw and if that happened need to spend more money as no warranty.
