Hi this is Ryan also from the Philippines
Based on the Audible alarms the UPS is reporting a replace battery warning
based on the serial number this unit is from 2014 and it only has a 3 year warranty that has already expired.
You can check the warranty of the unit

See user guide

The UPS unit usually has average life span of 7-10 years and the batteries need to be replaced every 3-5 years depending on when you get this alarm.
If the batteries are new and you keep getting this warning even after reseating batteries this means a UPS issue. If the batteries are old due to the age of the UPS it is no longer adviseable to just replace the batteries but it is still part of your option

If you decide to purchase the battery the part number is
If you decide to replace the UPS. This ups is discontinued so you may want to consider a
BE425M as replacement if you need a unit with a USB port for charging you may want to consider a BE500G3
here is a comparison link of your unit and some units you may want to consider.
