Hi,
We recently purchased a BN600G for one of our offices and aren't getting power on any of the outlets on the battery backup side. The other outlets work fine and there's a solid green light with no beeps or flashes. I wanted to make sure that I wasn't doing anything incorrectly before returning the unit (bought from Office Depot).

It's a long shot, but you might try pressing the unit's circuit breaker button. (If it were tripped, the unit would still try to carry the load from its battery, during which it would beep periodically.)
There should be at least three fairly audible relay clicks when the power button is pressed. (One turns power on to the outlets, the other starts the self test, and the last one happens when the self test ends.) If some of them are missing, there's probably an internal problem.
