After more than 24 hours of continuous charge of each UPS and fully charged batteries, we decided to make a test with a 400 Watts load using the UPS1. We found that the runtime was around 3-4 minutes. I Know that the runtime depends of many factors like PF, environmental conditions and characteristics of the connected load, but we was expecting a runtime near to 10-12 minutes as this runtime graph shows:
After the test we fully charge UPS1 again, but this time the estimated battery time dropped out from 316 to 231 minutes without any load connected. The same minutes appears in the UPS's display.

Considering that 3 out of 4 batteries that we have has at least 36 months of age. Is this a valid argument to demand a batteries exchange to our supplier?
Note: When we unboxing the UPS, all they came with completely discharged batteries.
