Hello,
I had an RS800 running in one of our offices for about a year with no problems. We recently moved that office and since the move the UPS does not power on at all. During the move it was disconnected and left off for a week, when we tried to turn it on again there was no power to the UPS at all.
The reset button on the back of the device seems to be in the "in" position, I'm not sure if this is how it's supposed to be Is there anyway to reset the batery and UPS.
Many Thanks.

Hi Babaton,
With the UPS unplugged from the input source, can you press and hold the power button. While you are holding the power button, the UPS would normally emit a short and a long beep. Release the power button once you hear the long beep, this should startup the UPS and run from battery. Let me know if this works, if not is it possible for you to get a different battery and try it out on this UPS?
