Have 3 prior generation RS1500 units on site. 2 boot fine. 1 failed to boot after a recent power outage.
For the failed unit, did the usual hard reset / sensitivity change / etc ... will not boot ... unless the battery is disconnected, power up to get the battery error, then reconnect battery.
So used PCSS 1.3 to observe the 3 units. The good ones show 120V input. The bad one shows 95V input,
despite a voltmeter reading of 120V at its own outlets.
Seems the internal circuits are reporting an erroneous input voltage level and causing a boot error ??
Can this be remedied ?? Perhaps it's a bad capacitor or something ??
Comments and suggestions appreciated. 8-)

Provide the event & data logs from PCSS and upload here for review. Also provide the battery installation date and production sticker.
