Back UPS pro 550. Battery charge.
Hello there. First post for me, hoping someone can advise please.
We have a Back UPS Pro 550 and it's giving a constant double beep. The UPS screen shows the battery charge to be completely empty, but there is no 'Replace battery' symbol showing, so I don't know if the battery is no good or some other issue. If the battery was dead, shouldn't we see the 'Replace battery' symbol?
We also received, initially, a Windows PowerChute screen message saying @'A fault has been detected with your battery backup, you should contact APC about upgrading' but that message has not returned.
