Back-UPS XS 1300 is not charging
Hello - thanks in advance for reviewing my post.
My XS 1300 was alarming and not providing power when I got into the office this morning. I was able to turn off and turn back on and connected devices are now functioning.
It continued to play the intermittent alarm to indicate (I believe) that it is not charging properly.
The screen indicates: Plugged in, on line, 2 bar load, 0 battery, 122v
The serial number is 3B1044.
Anything I can do for this? Or am I looking at replacing the device?

Hi Andy,
To better assist you, would you be able to provide the full model and serial number of the unit found on the white sticker on the back/bottom of the unit? Also a picture of the front of the unit showing the fault and other LEDs would be very helpful.
