Back UPS CS 650VA ASEAN back-up problem

Not sure if it needs battery replacement but once it went "on-battery" mode, it wont back-up the power. The Power Chute software detects it normally (battery info,charge left,etc...) I also tried doing self-test using only the USB to RJ45 cable supplied without connecting the power cables of my devices to it (since the self-test will activate the on-battery mode which will power off my devices again), the results is passed? The light on "replace battery" doesn't lit or any beeping noise if there's an error.

Any idea what is the problem or should i need to replace the battery? The UPS is 3 years already in terms of manufacturing date.
