Hello!
I've recently bought a BX700U-GR and connected the battery & left it to charge for 24h+! after turning it on it works normally for a while then it switches off and starts producing a constant tone!
Any help?

Sorry for the inconvenience. If the unit is new and purchased from a reputable APC by Schneider Electric dealer or from Schneider Electric you should contact local support for assistance. They will assist with troubleshooting the issue and if the unit is found to be defective will assist with a replacement. Was this BX700U-GR new or previously used?
Do you know the age of the battery?
I'm guessing the battery is bad.
