I recently received a BX1500MQ unit as a replacement unit from Schneider after my BX1500M had a literal meltdown.
I just set up and started the replacement unit up yesterday and it makes a low noise that sounds like a telephone busy signal. It does not sound like the continuous hum in the audio clips that others have posted. I thought it might go away once the battery was fully charged but no such luck.
My original unit did not make this noise.
Battery is fully charged, Load is only between 6% and 7%, 60 W, Out showing 121-122 V, 60 Hz, in 122V, event 0,
Is there a solution? I assume that Schneider shipped the unit with a new battery.
Unit seems to be functioning normally otherwise.

Does the unit emit the same noise without anything connected?!?!
Action Item: Remove all connected loads and AC Mains from the unit and record the sound it makes after you’ve muted the beeper.
Let it run this way for about five minutes then reapply AC Power.
Record the system after power has been restored let me know if there’s a difference in behaviour or sound.
