BX1500G - software for Windows Server SBS 2011?

Doesn't appear under downloads.. is there anything comparable I can use (software-wise)?  If not, does APC have an ETA on when they might develop software for this model? TIA...

Back UPS products work with PowerChute Personal Edition and Back UPS are not intended for use with server class operating systems or hardware. That is what Smart UPS are for and PowerChute Business Edition, thus why you are not finding PowerChute Personal Edition to be compatible with your OS and a Back UPS.

This will likely not change and the reason is that server operating systems tend to require extra time to shutdown that PowerChute Personal Edition, which is geared towards consumers and workstations, is unable to support.

So, I'd suggest you look at a Smart UPS with PowerChute Business Edition which is compatible or see if you can configure Windows Native UPS Support and if that will work for you. PowerChute Personal Edition may install but may not work properly as I often see many requests here for manual uninstall instructions for Personal Edition on your OS.

Refer to http://www.apc.com/site/support/index.cfm/faq/ and article # FA159653 to see if that works for SBS.

Another option is to install APCUPSD www.apcupsd.com APCUPSD is compatible with Windows Server SBS 2011 and will work with your Back-UPS communication over USB.

I just bought a BX1500G-CA from Costco and didn't get the software CD and I can't find any software downloads at apc.com. My computer runs on Windows 10. Any clues?
