My BX1500G beeps twice every two seconds and an empty battery symbol flashes in-sync with the beeps. I removed the batteries, waited 30 minutes and reinstalled the batteries. This made no difference. It does this for as long as the unit is plugged into the wall and turned on. Anyone know what the cause of this is or what a solution might be ?
