Hi,
I attached my monitor on the slave outlet of my BR1500GI and my Workstation on the Master outlet.
When I poweroff the PC my monitors poweroff as well but...
When I poweroff the PC the UPS remove the current to the monitor, this is something like an outage for the monitor,
is this safe for the monitor?
Thanks.

When my father used to work at DEC, he told me that the only reason they put power switches on their terminals is because people expect them. Unplugging works just as well.
Computers need backup because they store stuff in volatile memory, and a power loss would cause you to lose your work. Projectors don't like abrupt power offs because after the bulb turns off, it's still hot and needs to be cooled by the fan. But most electronics simply don't care.

I have an Eizo monitor and I don't find any mention in the documentation that the power should not be abruptly removed,
but I'm not really sure that this way to be "green" is ok for the hardware.
