I am getting an intermittent failure of the UPS BR800 unit. What happens is that BR800 starts beeping and the power goes out to the computer and related peripherals that are plugged in to the BR800. I press the button on the front of the BR800 and it shuts off. After a couple of minutes I turn back on the BR800. The peripherals plugged in light up. I boot the computer: it starts up. I look in the PowerChute software and there is no record of a power loss or any sort of failure, and the unit is completely charged. Everything then runs normally. This happens about once a month.
Question: Any ideas about what is going on here, or how to diagnose it?
Thanks,
Tim

It's essential that the exact state of the LEDs is recorded when this issue presents itself. Please record which LEDs are illuminated and whether they are solid or flashing and report back.Thanks.
