In researching which model I want to buy, I narrowed my list down to these two unites.
When I use the APC compare feature, they are identical in every spec EXCEPT:
BR1500LCD is rated at 1500 865 Watts and 1500 VA while the BR1300LCD is rated at 780 watts and 1300 VA.
However, when I use the comparison tool to simulate some different runtimes based on watts, the BR1300 always comes up with staying up longer (granted not much). So I'm wondering why this is true and why I would want the BR1500 when the BR1300 has higher runtime AND costs less.
Thanks
