I need to be able to run the Business Edition for this UPS. I have 3 other computers hooked to it and need the functionality to control the shutdowns in case of power outages.
I have installed this software and it can't setup the BR1500G, no communication. It does see another UPS/Computer on the network but it won't setup the BR1500G.
Can the PCBE version 9.01, the latest software, be used with this unit? I just purchased this to replace an older one and it will be disappointing if I can't protect my other computers.

Thank you for the feedback, found out the hard way. I guess I will know next time to buy the Smart side instead of the Back-UPS.

Powerchute Business Edition is used to communicate with our Smart UPS unit. Our Back UPS units can only communicate with PowerChute Personal Edition.
