BR1500G-IN would not turn on.

Today, my APC BR1500G-IN was knocked-off. All I did was turn the UPS on and then the machine. But I saw a quick light near LCD and boom... everything went dead. I checked trip button but it was at its normal position. Interestingly, the Power and Menu button remains lit with or without external power.

Is there something I can check before I call in APC Engineer? Should I try removing battery?

Removed the battery and tried again, everything worked like butter. 🙂 Thanks all.
