My BR1000MS Back-UPS Pro unit has failed after less than one month of owning it (bought new, January 14, 2020). Does it normally take a full week to get a replacement unit? This is extremely slow for a unit that is providing disaster recovery for business equipment. I know it hasn't been the official 5-7 business days, since I called to make the claim February 10, 2020.
