BR1000G-TW UPS PRODUCT INSTRUCTION MANUAL that did not put the battery will show this icon(AS PIC's ICON)
But I unplug the battery did not show a pattern description says Malfunction? Or revision?(AS video LCD)

I am having a little trouble understanding what you're trying to tell me. In the video, I see the battery disconnected from your UPS and the UPS is flashing the battery icon indicating it is disconnected.
In the picture you attached, you are referencing the replace battery indicator that illuminates when the battery is connected but is in need of replacing for one reason or another (older, reduced capacity, etc).
