BN4001 Back UPS

Wondering if the BN4001 is capable of sending alarm notification to my computer and or phone.

Had a brown out that set off the GFI's in basement but never heard the BN4001 alarm until it was too late (using it to backup UV water purifier). Water lines became contaminated with spring runoff water (coliform). Backup battery died before being able to switch system back to DC current. How long should the battery supply power (its new as of 2019)?

Hoping to avoid that from happening again!
