BGM1500 randomly goes to battery

I have a Back-ups pro BGM-1500B, I notice over the past few months that I would get a notification from my server that the ups has entered battery mode and that’s it’s shutting down. What’s weird though is that the hydro has not gone out.

it finally happened while I was at home, so I ran down to the unit and it said that it was plugged in. 

it would be nice to rectify this issue so that my server can stop randomly rebooting for no reason.
