BE750BB ups ; *surge side* not working
Long and short:
My UPS doesnt feed any power to the plugs on the surge side
My battery side will only supply power after it's had a sizable charge
But the surge protector itself wont cut off power to things plugged into it
Apparently anything that is plugged into the surge protector is drawing power from the battery while the battery is being simultaneously recharged from the wall socket...
My circuit breaker is not triggered... although i push it in and it slides back, i don't feel any kind of latching as i push it in, yet it doesnt slide back so much that it juts out of the box.
I don't get this, and it's getting inconvenient and if the plug-battery-wallsocket connection is true, potentially crippling efficiency-wise isnt it?
