BE650R and machine sleep mode

I need to know if this is normal or if I need to contact support for under warranty service.

Sometimes when my custom built tower goes into sleep mode, I cannot wake it until I turn off and then on the UPS.  Does anyone know if this is normal or is my UPS having problems.  I've only owned it about a year and a half but hooked to this tower only a few months.  Thanks.

I'm running PowerChute Personal Edition 3.0.2 and it's not showing me that we have had any problems since October (electrical noise). I also disabled energy management thinking it was causing the problem but it still happens.

When you power cycle the UPS you are power cycling the computer. As long as the UPS is still providing power to the outlets the issue would not be UPS related. Have you looked at Troubleshoot problems waking computer from sleep mode

Seems you were right.  I'm still setting all the little details on the tower I built and didn't see that I didn't have the ability to wake from sleep properly set.  So I thought, improperly, that it was the UPS. Thanks for the assistance. Now to just see that everything works the way it should.
