Hello all,

In the recent past, we had a UPS shut down on us while we were away from the office. Perhaps it got hit by a powerful surge? Who knows?

Either way, I bought two replacement batteries and the UPS never turned back on, but it is getting power through the Surge Only outlets.

Could it be that the UPS is fully dead? Where I live, batteries are expensive, so I can't just go and buy two additional ones when I have two that are already new available.
