Available runtime has been exceeded without any shutdown command setting
We are using a Smart-UPS 750 (SMT750C) with an AP9640 per Schneider Electric advise. We have a small server running VMWare stand alone ESXi 6.7. I am running the Network shutdown VMWare 4.4.1 as 5 is not compatible with ESXi 6.7. I tried running it on VMWare but the server kept shutting down and then installed it on a Windows PC and keep getting "Available runtime has been exceeded", even though none of the events to shutdown the server has been configured. Initially I had set it but it kept shutting the VMWare down, so we unchecked it to troubleshoot and I can't find out why it is still generating this. The UPS shows a runtime of 21 minutes and I should have plenty of time to shut everything down within five minutes if needed as it's one server with three virtual machines and still give me a good ten minutes if needed.
Can you please help me figure how I can fix it so when I do enable the event, it doesn't shut anything down unnecessarily and how I can confirm a graceful shutdown command is being sent as we noticed the virtual server didn't do a graceful shutdown last time.
