Are you all comfortable the way you get support on spare parts?

Dear Friends,

I am an independent consultant.  Recently when I had to be extending consultancy for a company dealing with APC power solution products.

To my great surprice I realised that APC does not give prices for parts to their authorised service providers.

I found that each time when parts are to be quoted they have to depend on APC and they take atleast 10 days to provide price.

Prices of the parts are too costly that a customer will not buy APC product for the second time.

As a person dealt with various equipment manufacurers I feel APC has to be bit cautious now since many many brands are there in market.

If not the fate of Nokia APC will face soon.
