Hello,
I have issues with my Back UPS-Pro 1200 GR.
When I called the supposed customer service number for my country I didn't get hold of anyone who could help me. The woman on the phone offered to call me back at a later time and asked for my information. When they asked for my company name I said I was calling for support as a consumer.
"We only sell our products to companies/businesses.".
If that's true how did I manage to buy this product as a consumer? Is there no customer support at all???
What am I supposed to do now?

Alright I contacted the customer service about my problem, I was wondering if anyone else here might know what the problem might be.
I have the Back-UPS PRO 1200 (BR1200G-GR). The UPS works fine. It will activate properly during a power outage. I tested it by plugging off the cable. It activated and said it had a runtime of approx 90 mins left. I left it running for like 5 minutes before I was convinced it works properly.
Now the problem:
Sometimes the UPS will activate even though there is no power outage. I suspect this is because of overvoltage/undervoltage or noise.
This is fine, but sometimes when it activates my computer will shutdown in less than 5-10 seconds, even though it can stay on for atleast an hour and a half. When this happens it tries to shutdown/sleep/hibernate my PC. After this happens my monitor doesn't receive a signal from the PC anymore and so I have to shut it down, losing all my open documents/programs and what not.
When these problems occured my computer power usage was the same as normal (PC + Monitor around 60-80 Watts)
The customer service agent on the phone said it might be the battery, but the selftesting done by the PowerChute software says it's ok. I'm also not convinced it's the battery since it ran fine for 5 minutes but I might be wrong.
Does anyone know what the problem might be?
