I have yet another Windows 7 problem. I recently downloaded the new PowerChute 3.0.
Since installing it, EVERY single time I restart my computer that "you installed a new program" pause screen pops up and it says "Do you want to allow PowerChute to make a change?" Or something like that when the computer first boots up.
Anyone know how to stop getting this message??
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that doesn't work.

[please see this thread with a solution/explanation|https://community.exchange.se.com/t5/APC-UPS-for-Home-and-Office-Forum/bd-p/home-office-forum]
you may not find the explanation satisfactory but that other thread definitely has had visibility at APC as far as feedback received. i am going to lock this thread since the other thread solves the issue and we dont want to create multiple threads on the same issue.
if you feel that is wrong, PM me and I can unlock it. thanks.
