APS BACK-UPS RS 900 (BR 900)

Hi,

Please explain me how do I make the connection with the APS Back-UPS RS 900.
I am on cable internet. The items involved are FIVE : (1) Start from cable
coming from a wall, (2) next my IPS cable modem, (3) next router (D-Link)
next (4) my PC (Dell computer)and finally the (5) connection with the APS
Back-UPS RS 900. I have given the item numbers but they are not suppose to
be in that order. If you don't understand my problem then please let me
know. Explain me in english words and (if possible but not necessary) with the diagram
of the APS Back-UPS RS 900.

I know how to connect Monitor, PC, Printer and Phone/Fax. Also I understand how to installed the software and connect the data cable.

Thank you,E

Hi Grenade,

Many thanks for your help. I have now set up Back-UPS as per your directives and have also installed the software PowerChute Personal Edition and used connection to Data Port on Back-UPS with RJ45 USB cable. I think everything is working now. To double check here is my setup:

1...From wall (coaxial cable) to my ISP cable Modem
2...From my ISP Cable Modem to Back-UPS (at port 10/100 Base)
3...From Back-UPS (From port on top next right to 10/100 Base port) to D-Link router
4...From D-Link router to my PC

Is this correct? Please confirm.
