APC warranty period

Hi

i am zulfiqar from pakistan. i just want to know regarding the warranty period for pakistan region for any brand of APC UPS.

Also let me know if the period is 3 years for BK and BR series.

Hello,

The warranty period is either going to be 2 or 3 years from date of manufacture, depending on when the UPS was manufactured and when the switch from 2 to 3 years took place. Do you have model and serial number information you can post here or contact Email support that they can take a look at it for you?
