APC smart Ups 40kva Configuration

The ups was not delivering an output even charging the battery we found that the M4T28-BR 12SH time keeper battery won out, we replaced the parts and now the ups is charging but still there two errors from the display power view; 1.Internal mechanical bypass switch closed, 2. System configuration start up failed. please I need your assistance on how to clear this errors in order the ups to turn in normal operation.
