APC P11GTV turns off the Master Control—and all the outlets, controlled and not—seconds after powering up. The indicator light "protection working" stays on. There is no fault at the wall socket (I tested it). The "building wiring fault" indicator light is not on. I removed all the plugs from the device and just tried the master outlet. The device turns on, and then the Master Control turns off seconds later. The Controlled Set Up button does not work. Any ideas of what may be happening?
