Hello,
I have had exactly this UPS for 6 years, the APC ES700, and now none of the three "controlled by master" outlets are working.
I have deactivated the function "master" and the light is off but nothing happens.
I even removed the battery to do a reset but it's the same.
No one is talking about this problem in the forums.
Thank you
Daniel.

It sounds like the unit is going into overload when transferring to battery based on the description. What is does PowerChute report the load is with all equipment connected?
