This unit every now and then will fall into a state where it will emit a constant beep with the status led flashing green and red.
The unit is only a year old and has one pc attached to it.
If i hit the power button on the unit it shuts down and will power up again fine when pressed again.
Is this covered under your warranty?
Thanks!!

The model is BE350G-CN
Serial 4B1217P09466
I will try to get detials on the PC attached. It is a AMD based system, custom built.
There is no indication that there is power dip each time the probblem occurs. I woke up this morning to find it going nuts.
I will review the document posted and get back to you.
Thanks!

Can you tell us what the part# and the serial# is of the Back UPS 350? You can get it from the white sticker with bar codes underneath the UPS. What PC is connected to the battery backed up side? There might be too much load plugged in during the power on selftest causing the status LED to flash between green & red and the UPS to emit a constant beep/tone.

Can you give us the exact model of the UPS from the white sticker on the bottom of the unit (ex. BE350G)?
I am going to assume its BE350G for the time being. I've checked the install guide -> http://www.apcmedia.com/salestools/EALN-7CEQDH/EALN-7CEQDH_R1_EN.pdf
Can you review that sheet? The symptoms on the indicator chart seem to indicate the battery needs to be charged if I am understanding your symptoms correctly?
Does this happen after a quick power blip or outage? I am just thinking the UPS may be running on battery and discharging and your PC draws a lot of wattage and discharges the battery quickly and puts it in a low battery state.
Thus, I don't think this is a "problem" just yet.
